Warranty
BackTpack LLC warrants this product to the original purchaser to be free from manufacturing defects for one year. If you find this product to be defective,
return it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at their option.
BackTpack is designed for carrying school books and supplies. However, since the circumstances of its use are beyond our control, BackTpack LLC makes no warranty, expressed or
implied, of the suitability of this product for this or any other purpose.
BackTpack LLC shall in no case be responsible for loss or damage to this pack or its contents or for possible injury or any consequential damage arising out of the use or misuse
of this product.
Returns
If you purchased the bag from us and it has not been used, you may return it to us within 60 days from date of purchase in as-new condition, and we will
refund your purchase price.
If you have an item you believe to be defective, please return it to our warehouse for repair or replacement at our option, within 1 year of your purchase.
We will not refund your purchase price. Please send the item to: BackTpack Returns, 577 Bonnie Ct. NW, Salem OR 97304, USA. With your item please include your name, address and
daytime telephone number, and a copy of your original receipt for your purchase.
Our warranty is for manufacturing defects only. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse or from normal wear and tear is not covered. Items sent to us that are
not defective under these guidelines will be returned to the customer.
