Please contact us for authorization before returning your BackTpack product. If you purchased the item from us and it has not been used, you may return it to us within 60 days from date of purchase in as-new condition, and we will refund your purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Customized, personalized and sale items are not returnable.
We are happy to exchange a BackTpack that was purchased from us, within 60 days of purchase. If the purchase was from one of our dealers, please check their exchange policy.
